Standing Concert Style: 100+, Reception with Seating: 75, Fully Seated: 60.

Easy to Understand Pricing

  • Weekday Business Hours: Starts at $250 per hour

  • Weeknight Events: Starts at $400 per hour

  • Weekend Events: Starts at $500 per hour

  • Conference Room: $100 per hour (Weekday operating hours only)

  • Required Staff: $200 per bartender (up to 3 hours), $200 Venue Manager

Holds up to 12 people for meetings or can be used as a green room for performances. Available during daytime weekday hours at $100 per hour.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Absolutely! You can bring in your own alcohol, and our bartender will be there to serve it.

How do I secure my date?

A 50% rental fee deposit is required, with the final balance due 30-10 days prior to the event.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes! We have a range of tables and chairs available for you at no extra cost.

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer on-site parking with approximately 20 spots, plus ample street parking nearby.
