Conference Room: $100 per hour (Weekday operating hours only)
Required Staff: $200 per bartender (up to 3 hours), $200 Venue Manager

Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Absolutely! You can bring in your own alcohol, and our bartender will be there to serve it.
How do I secure my date?
A 50% rental fee deposit is required, with the final balance due 30-10 days prior to the event.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes! We have a range of tables and chairs available for you at no extra cost.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer on-site parking with approximately 20 spots, plus ample street parking nearby.
